Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KeyBust (the “Company”) and users in connection with the recording, AI analysis, retention, and related services for online comments and other materials (collectively, the “Service”).

• “User” means a member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
• “Member” means a person who registers an account and uses the Service provided by the Company.
• “Record” means comments, timestamps, analysis results, related metadata, PDF reports, and other information collected, analyzed, or stored from a URL you enter or a service you connect.
• “Repeat-account classification” means an account classification displayed by the Service as reference information based on repeated activity patterns.

We post these Terms on the Service or connection screen. We may change these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and will provide advance notice of the effective date and changes when they are material. Continued use of the Service after a change may be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.

Members must create accounts with accurate information and manage their own accounts. Users are responsible for problems caused by inadequate management of account-access information and must not use another person’s account or authentication information.

KeyBust supports the recording and AI analysis of online comments and related materials. The Service may provide URL-based content review, comment collection, AI analysis, reference information about risky expressions and activity patterns, Evidence Vault storage, and PDF report generation. Available features and platforms may vary with operating conditions.

You may use the Service in the manner and scope determined by the Company. We may restrict all or part of the Service for security, system maintenance, legal compliance, changes to third-party platform policies, or service stability.

• You must confirm that you have lawful authority to use each URL, account, and content you enter or connect.
• You must use the Service in a manner that does not infringe another person’s privacy, rights, or reputation.
• Before publishing, submitting, or using stored records, you must independently confirm the purpose, applicable laws, and third-party rights.

You must not engage in unlawful data collection, interfere with normal Service operation, use unauthorized automation or circumvention, attempt access to another person’s account or non-public information, use analysis results for harassment, discrimination, or defamation, or otherwise violate applicable laws or third-party platform policies. We may take necessary measures, including restricting use, when prohibited conduct is identified.

AI analysis results are reference information about risky expressions or activity patterns in comments. They are not legal determinations, confirmations of facts, determinations of criminal conduct or identity, or conclusions that a particular person committed unlawful conduct. For important decisions, reports, or disputes, you should also review the original text, context, additional materials, and, where needed, a qualified professional.

The Evidence Vault helps users manage records collected and analyzed through the Service. We support the creation, retention, and viewing of records, but do not guarantee their legal evidentiary value, admissibility, or any specific result. Users must confirm the legality, accuracy, and need to retain information they store.

The Service may connect with URLs, APIs, or authentication functions of third-party platforms such as YouTube. Changes to third-party terms, API policies, access permissions, available content, or operating policies may limit or change some functions. Users should review the applicable platform’s terms and policies before connecting.

When using YouTube API Services through KeyBust, users agree to be bound by and comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.

If we provide paid services or billing features, we will present transaction conditions, including price, features, period of use, payment, and refund conditions, before payment. Users must review the presented conditions before paying, and payment and refunds are subject to applicable law and separately posted policies.

We may change or suspend all or part of the Service due to improvement, security, operational or technical needs, or changes to third-party platform policies. Where a material effect on users is expected, we will give advance notice where reasonably possible.

Members may request account deletion through the method provided by the Company. The processing, retention, and deletion of records upon account deletion are governed by applicable law, this Privacy Policy, and separately posted operational policies.

We are not responsible for service interruptions resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, communication failures, third-party platform failures or policy changes, or user fault. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee outcomes arising from users’ decisions or actions based on AI analysis or stored records.

If a dispute arises in connection with the Service, the Company and the user will seek to resolve it through mutual consultation. If no resolution is reached, the competent court will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms are effective as of August 8, 2026.
